This annual charity ballgame benefits the City of Hope Hospital. Wade played for the team sponsored by Blair Garner's After Midnite show. The team triumphed 9-4 over the WSM-650AM Grand Ole Opry team. Wade pitched, played first base, played the outfield, hit, and scored for the team. Sounds like some serious ball playing, as well as a chance for fans to touch base with him.
