And what a concert it was, an all day concert with lots of performers. But of course my favorite was Wade Hayes with his duo partner, Mark McClurg, performing as McHayes. The California Cowboys started off the concert and Clay Walker ended it. The Honky Tonk Tailgate Party (Daryl Singletary, Chad Brock, Rhett Akins and McHayes), as the middle act, rocked the place!!!!
It was a beautiful bright and sunny day, nice and warm, but it really got hot when Wade came out. I was lucky enough to get right in front of the stage to get a few pictures. His fans sure love him and what he does. They rushed the stage and hung out until he was finished. But as always he left the audience wanting more. They performed some of his hits, and some of the McHayes' songs which were awesome!!!! My favorite was their first release, "It Doesn't Mean I Don't Love You." I sure hope and pray to see the next show real soon.
